Grey’s Anatomy is medical drama series about the medical team of a fictional hospital Seattle Grace Hospital in Seattle, Washington. The show is created by Shonda Rhimes.

The show revolves around a group of surgical interns, residents and other physicians working for Seattle Grace Hospital in Seattle, Washington. The surgical interns were first introduced and the main focus as they struggle with their day to day experience as new interns and various problems with their personal lives. The interns are Meredith a, played by Ellen Pompeo; Alex Karey, played by Justin Chambers; George O’Malley, played by T.R. Knight; Izzie Stevens, played by Katherine Heigl; and Cristina Yang, played by Sandra Oh.
The surgical interns progress to becoming attending residents of Seattle Grace Hospital. Meredith Grey is the main focus of the show, but other cast also has their highlight in the show.
Also starring are Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, the Mc Dreamy of Meredith Grey. Isaiah Washington plays the role of Preston Burke who specializes in cardiothoracic. Preston is the love interst of Cristina. James Pickens Jr. plays the role of Richard Webber, the Chief of the Surgery team of Seattle Grace Hospital.
Other casts are Kate Walsh as Addison Montgomery; Eric Dane as Mark Sloan; Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres; and Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey.
